Learners questions and rants

When we are learning to drive a car there are so many things to absorb.  Not only the controls of the car, but the rules of the road, even unspoken rules of the road.  Its hard to take all of this on board, and sometimes can be overwhelming.  Would you have a question that other instructors or learners can answer, sometimes just to find out that someone else went through the same thing is great to hear.  It always feels like its only you that failed your test because of that one set of lights etc.  So feel free to type your rants and questions below.
